Feel the heaviness lift as you breathe in deeply imaging golden light streaming into your heart. Then exhale slowly out your mouth, releasing any and all tensions and stress. Try this simple breath technique 3 times and notice how much lighter you feel.
Pay attention to when you lose your sense of balance; when you begin to feel stressed, agitated, or overly frustrated. In this moment, step back from whatever you are doing, and breathe deeply. Imagine the golden light streaming in....and the tension leaving on the exhale.
