This small Intent Heals journal offers unique promise for anyone willing to hold their world – all their hopes and fears, joy and pain, forgiveness and gratitude – and spend just a few minutes every day in quiet contemplation.

The process, like the journal itself, is simple: record the names of the people who have touched your life and then spend a few quiet moments each day in gratitude with them in mind.

This daily practice brings to mind all the experiences and interactions in your life and reconciles them with the knowledge that, whatever the impact each person had, they have played a vital role in forming the person you've become.
